Welcome 4th Grade Students & Families!
Hello! My name is Heather Weinshank and I am proud to be a teacher at Asher Holmes Elementary School. This is my 19th year teaching. Throughout my career, I have taught all grades K-4, been a computer/STEAM teacher, and served as a district technology coach for Marlboro. When I'm not at school, I love to have fun with my family and friends. I enjoy reading, cooking, exercising, and spending time outside. There’s a good chance you’ll see me around town on the weekends with my son, Camden. Don’t be shy -- wave and say hi 🙂!
Dear Fourth Graders,
Welcome to fourth grade! This is going to be a very exciting year and I’m thrilled to be able to experience it alongside you! I will be working with you in math, science, and social studies. Together we will be problem solvers, critical thinkers, and curious explorers. One of the most exciting parts of fourth grade is that you get to switch classes! You will learn how important it is to stay organized and manage your time this year. I will guide and support you every step of the way to help you feel confident and reach your goals. Please use the links on the side of this page to access your our daily schedule and homework calendar. Get ready for a great year!
Sincerely,
Ms. W.
Dear Fourth Grade Families,
It is with great pride that I welcome you to our classroom community. I truly feel that together we can create a team that will best support your child’s academic and social emotional needs. I am excited for the opportunity to provide your child with the engaging, creative, and meaningful experiences that they need to become lifelong learners. Please ask your child to show you how to access our Google Classroom. The code for your child's Google Classroom can be found on the Core 1/2 and Core 3/4 pages on the side of my teacher page. There is a separate class for each core section, so be sure to choose the correct one. This is where many class and homework assignments can be found, along with important schedules, and copies of some of the classroom notes that have been sent home. You can reach out to me with any questions or concerns that you might have throughout the year and I will get back to you as soon as I can. I can be reached via email at [email protected]. If you’d like to speak on the phone, just send me a note or email with the best number and time to reach you. I’m looking forward to a fantastic year with you and your child!
Sincerely,
Heather Weinshank
