My name is Carrieann Pietrocola. I am currently the LDTC / Case Manager at Asher Holmes Elementary School.I have been a proud member of the Marlboro Township Public Schools since 2018. As the LDTC / Case Manager, I have the pleasure of supporting students' academic and social/emotional learning. Collaboration and communication is the key when working with parents, staff, and administration to ensure student success.
Since each student in the district has been placed on home instruction due to COVID-19, all students are receiving assignments through their teachers' Google Classroom. I will also be online and available by email at [email protected] from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday, to answer questions or address any concerns you or your children may have. We are here to support your children and the community during these difficult times.

A Child Study Team consists of three members that are specialists in the area of disabilities. Child Study Team members include: a School Social Worker, a Learning Disabilities Teacher/Consultant, and a School Psychologist. The Child Study Team is responsible for identification, evaluation, and determination of eligibility for special education services, development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and special education placement. The team can also include a Speech-Language Therapist, an Occupational Therapist, a Physical Therapist and other specialists as appropriate. The team collaborates with parents, teachers, and school administrators to provide free and appropriate educational services to eligible students with disabilities.
